Once you arrive at the Providenciales Airport, you will clear immigration and customs, and be able to secure a taxi or rental car at the airport (rental reservations required in advance. There are rental car outlets nearby to Royal West Indies as well). Royal West Indies is a short 15 minute drive from the airport, located in the middle of the popular Grace Bay area of the island.

Providenciales is also home to a state of the art air center (FBO) for private aircraft.  Boaters can enter the TCI via the Turtle Cove Marina, which has customs and immigration services.

Royal West Indies is located in the heart of Grace Bay, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, a casino, a golf course and other attractions. Bikes are available through our concierge service.

Should you desire to rent a car or motor scooter, we can help you with those arrangements as well. A valid driver’s license is required.

Turks and Caicos on island Taxi service is readily available to points outside of walking distance and for tours of the island. If you book water sports activities such as scuba diving, fishing or island hopping tours, most suppliers will provide shuttle service to and from the departure locations.

To see some of our other islands, you can arrange boat tours to places like Little Way Cay (home of the iguana sanctuary), Pine Cay, Parrot Cay, West Caicos or North and Middle Caicos.

There is a regular Turks and Caicos Ferry from Provo to North Caicos (which is connected to Middle Caicos by causeway).

Local airline service is also available to Grand Turk (our capital), Salt Cay and South Caicos.

The Turks and Caicos welcomes arrivals from over ten countries, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica, Cuba, Antigua, Puerto Rico, and the British Virgin Islands.
